At Shapevera, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we are here to help.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with the original packaging. Proof of purchase such as an order confirmation or receipt is required in order to process a return.
For hygiene reasons, intimate garments that have been worn, washed, or altered may not be eligible for return. Items must be returned in their original condition in order to qualify for a refund.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account depending on your payment provider.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue, including providing a replacement when appropriate.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective.
